Garrett brings more than a decade of real estate, home renovation, and construction experience to each real estate undertaking.

Garrett’s roots are in Florida, including time as captain of the varsity football team and as a member of the track team at Oviedo High School. After graduating from OHS, Garrett attended the University of Richmond on a full scholarship and was a member of their nationally-ranked football team. While playing the position of running back, Garrett was able to help lead the Richmond Spiders to its first ever FCS National Championship in 2008. There, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

After graduating college, Garrett launched his career in Orlando where he successfully started his own commercial cleaning and maintenance business. That eventually led Garrett to begin his specialization in custom kitchen and bathroom design while working alongside his father, Certified General Contractor and founder of T. S. Turner Construction, Inc., Tony Turner.

Aside from Garrett’s entrepreneurial spirit, Garrett served in the education sector as a teacher and high school football coach at Oviedo High School. Garrett’s focus is now on servicing the best interest of home buyers and sellers in Oviedo and the Greater Orlando and Central Florida area. He has built a solid foundation of clients through his professional network, successfully guiding them with their real estate transactions, lease obligations, and design and construction needs. Garrett prides himself on his ability to truly listen to the clients’ needs and connect them with customized opportunities that best match those needs.

In 2020, Garrett married the love of his life, now Ashley Turner. In his spare time, Garrett enjoys participating in flag football leagues, playing basketball, riding his bike through Oviedo, and bringing out his inner chef by experimenting in the kitchen!

His intimate knowledge of this region, and experiences of having lived here most of his life, gives Garrett enthusiasm and a desire to make his home, your home!
